Warranty Claim
VOLTAIC WARRANTY INFORMATION
GENERAL LIMITED WARRANTY
All new Voltaic products are covered by a 12-month limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, starting from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to products used under normal conditions and in accordance with Voltaic’s user manuals.
It does not cover accessories, wear-and-tear parts, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, modification, or improper assembly, maintenance, or storage.
WARRANTY CLAIM REQUIREMENTS
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:
1. Product frame serial number
2. Clear description of the issue
3. Photos or videos showing the problem

Warranty claims without prior approval or sufficient documentation will not be processed.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear items (bearings, tires, tubes, chains, sprockets, cables, etc.)
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, modification, rental, or wet use
Labor costs related to inspection, assembly, or repair
Any shipping or transportation costs — Voltaic does not provide prepaid return labels
Cosmetic damage such as scratches, tears, or dents due to normal use
Second-hand, open-box, refurbished, or “as-is” products
Products manufactured more than one year prior to the claim date
SERVICE OPTIONS
Depending on the situation, Voltaic may choose to:
Provide replacement parts for self-installation (DIY service)
Replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished unit
Offer a refund for orders placed on ridevoltaic.com only
All shipping to and from Voltaic is at the customer’s expense.
Customers are responsible for properly packaging the product to prevent shipping damage.
Voltaic is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
