VOLTAIC RETURN POLICY ( Domestic U.S. Customers )

 

Orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact support2@glaretechusa.com
 for return authorization before sending any items back.

Returns without prior approval (RMA#) will be refused.

All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be accepted or denied at the discretion of Voltaic.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging and accessories.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service; Voltaic is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

 

**Return of Used Items**

Used items are not eligible for return unless related to a verified warranty issue.

For warranty claims, please contact support@glaretechusa.com
 with detailed photos or videos of the issue, and our service team will assist you.

Products damaged by misuse, modification, or neglect will not be accepted.

 

Return steps:

1.Take a photo or video to show the bike quality problems

2.Send those evidence to Voltaic service email at support2@glaretechusa.com with your order or copy of receipt

3. Voltaic service team will try their best to help you out.

Returns of items purchased from our partner stores are subject to their return policies. Contact the original place of purchase for their return procedure.

 

**Refused Shipments:**

Refusing delivery incurs a flat fee of $75 per product to partially cover shipping costs.
